Hutchens Carries Momentum in to Iowa Speedway
Trey Hutchens will enter Iowa Speedway this weekend for the “Casey’s General Store 150” riding a wave of momentum after posting back-to-back Top-10 finishes. “We’ve had good speed in our race cars lately and I don’t expect Iowa to be any different. Dad and I have worked tirelessly since our strong run in New Hampshire to prepare for Iowa and I am greatly looking forward to hoping in my Chevrolet SS this weekend. I am no stranger to Iowa Speedway and I enjoy racing there. I think we have a legitimate shot to turn heads this weekend and maybe end the night in victory lane.”
The “Casey’s General Store 150” marks the 10th race of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East season and will be ran in conjunction with NASCAR K&N Pro Series West as a combo event. Due to this, the familiar Trey Hutchens Racing entry will adorn the number fifteen this weekend. “Due to the fact we dropped in points after not competing in a few races, we will lose our number this weekend to a West car. Fortunately, we are running a number with almost as much history as the fourteen.”
